   ACCOMMODATION for KES2003 

Low cost but quality accommodation is provided for KES2003 delegates at St. Anne's College, Oxford University. The KES2003 delegates may also take their breakfast, lunch and diner at St. Anne's College (please click here for details). The parallel sessions will be run at St. Anne's College as well, and the plenary lectures in Martin Wood Lecture Theatre, located near St. Anne's College.

  •    Double Ensuite room                                                     £88  (40 rooms available)

  •    Single Ensuite room                                                      £58  (30 rooms available)

  •    Single Non-ensuite room (but with washbasin)       £39  (90 rooms available)

  •    Single Non-ensuite room (without washbasin)        £28  (130 rooms available)

The prices are per night, per room, and include breakfast. As the number of rooms available in St. Anne's College is limited, you should book in advance at the registration time. The rooms will be allocated on the first come first served basis.

If you want to make an accommodation reservation at St. Anne's College you can do this on-line, on the on-line registration form,  or please contact Maria Booth from KES Secretariat (m.booth@bton.ac.uk). 

For any enquiries or accommodation reservation in the city (others than at St. Anne's College) you must contact the hotels directly. This is a list of Oxford hotels and guest houses in and around Oxford Alternatively please use this page, which include many other hotels not shown on the first 2 lists. You can make a reservation or an enquiry directly to the hotel, by e-mail or by phone/fax. Most of the hotels provide also a map on their web page which shows the location of the hotel. This map shows the location (including distances) of many of the hotels/guest houses in Oxford. St. Anne's College, is situated roughly at the junction between Woodstock Road and Banbury Road. But even if the hotel is located not very close to St. Anne's College, you don't have to worry too much, as the Oxford bus service is excellent.
