Terms and Conditions
Payment
We accept payment by three means:
1. Credit card. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Please fill in your card
details on the registration form, and fax it according to the
instructions.
2. Bank transfer to Barclays Bank PLC, P.O. Box 333, Oxford OX1 3HS,
UK. Account name: Merton College, Oxford (CSL05); Account number:
30650137; Sort code: 20-65-18; Swift: BARCGB22;
IBAN: GB76BARC20651830650137.
3. Cheque or money order: send a cheque or money order made payable to
Merton College, Oxford (CSL05) in pound sterling drawn on a UK bank to
Ms Jolie de Miranda, Oxford University Computing Laboratory, Wolfson
Building, Oxford OX1 3QD, UK.
When making the bank transfer, please note that you should bear all
the bank charges. If you pay by cheque / money order or bank transfer,
please also fax a PROOF OF PAYMENT (bank receipt, cheque etc)
together with the registration form to us.
Fees
The conference registration fee covers attendance, proceedings, coffee
breaks, excursion, drinks reception, conference banquet and EACSL
membership subscription. It does not include lunches. Information on
the many lunch possibilities will be provided to the
participants.
The workshop registration fee covers attendance, coffee breaks and a
workshop lunch.

Please note that to qualify for early (respectively late) registration
fee, payment must be received by 22 July (respectively 10 August), or
the late (respectively on-site) fee will be charged.
British Logic Colloquium Doctoral Student Bursaries
Thanks to the British Logic Colloquium, ten busaries of 50 pounds each
are available, on a first-come-first-serve basis, to UK-based
(i.e. registered for a doctoral degree at a UK university) full-time
research students attending CSL05. Please apply to
csl05@comlab.ox.ac.uk first before filling in the registration form.

have been reserved for CSL05 participants.
These rooms are about 15 minutes walk from the conference venue.
Those that have en-suite bathrooms cost £60 per night; those with
shared bathrooms cost £45 per night. The price includes a
continental-style breakfast. Please indicate on the registration form
your arrival and departure dates.

Extra dinner and excursion places
Additional places for the conference dinner should be requested at the
time of registration. The availability of additional places cannot be
guaranteed until nearer the time; if it is necessary to limit
additional places, they will be allocated in order of request.
Cancellation charges
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made as follows:
Cancellation up to 22 July: refund of full payment apart from a £10
administration fee.
Cancellation after 22 July and up to 8 August: refund of 75% of the
full payment.
Cancellation after 8 August and up to 22 August: refund of 50% of the
full payment.
Cancellation after 22 August: no refund.
Please note that refunds will be made in sterling, and will generally
not be processed until after the conference.
